What’s included in the class.

                •             Everyone mixes a batch of dough (makes 3 loaves) to take home and bake.

                •             Choose your flavor: Plain | Jalapeno Cheddar | Deli Rye or Cranberry Golden Raisin.

                •             6 QUART food grade bucket.

                •             My Original recipe including 10 flavors.

                •             Create, prepare and bake in class the Apple Cinnamon and Pineapple Upside Down breads.

                •             4 different bread samples, Wine and cheese.

                •             Techniques of bread preparation.

                •             Certificate of successfully completing "Artisan Bread Made Easy"
