HOURS OF PLAY
Memorial Day thru Labor Day
8 am to 9 pm

RESERVATIONS
Monday – Friday:   Reservations for weekday play may be made with approval ONLY by the Club Pro up to one week in advance by calling 412-731-7780.  Members are allowed to have only one weekday advance reservation scheduled at a time.

Courts are reserved for men’s doubles play from 5:30 until close on Mondays. 

Courts are reserved for women’s doubles play from 5:30 until close on Tuesdays.

Weekends and Holidays:  Reservations for same day play may be made in person using the reservation book that will be available at 9:00 am or by telephone after 10:00 am by calling 412-731-7780.  Courts are reserved for doubles play ONLY from 10:00-1:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

The latest court reservation available is 8PM, if there is no activity on the courts at 8:15 the courts will be closed; otherwise play will be terminated at 9pm.

Failure to arrive for court play 15 minutes after the starting time will result in a forfeiture of entire court time.

All reservations must be by first and last name. Reservations will not be honored without a first name.

All individuals using the courts must sign in before playing, including guests.

Court 3 is available for use by the Club Pro and can only be reserved when it is not scheduled for her/his use as of one hour before the requested reservation.

JUNIORS

• Juniors 16 and over are eligible to play, unsupervised after 5 pm during the week and anytime during the weekend when a court is left unreserved.
• Juniors under 16 are eligible to play only with a parent or other adult, after 5 pm during the week and after 2 pm during the weekend when a court is left unreserved.

GUESTS & FEES

• Guests must be accompanied by a Club Member.
  
• Guest usage is limited to 2 visits per month.
  
• Members are responsible for the Guest’s fees. All Guests must sign in.
  
• Booklets of Guest Passes are $40 (5 passes) and can be purchased at the Gate or in the Club Office.

• Tennis shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.
• Players are not to walk across or around a court while play is in progress, nor are they to retrieve balls from adjacent courts while play is in progress.
• Only players are permitted on the courts.
• Only players are permitted on the courts.
• Parents of children age eight or under must have a babysitter accompany their children at the pool while they play tennis. No Strollers and infants permitted on the courts, court areas.
• Smoking, food, and profanity are NOT permitted on the courts.
• Upon completion of play, players must place all trash in court receptacles.
